Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 UK time (excluding bank holidays).

Emails and form messages are normally answered usually within one working hour. Personal managers are available around the clock, every day of the week, so clients with an urgent account question outside office hours can still ring their manager.

Responsible department

Client Support & Compliance

One team handles both client questions and compliance matters, so a query that touches verification, withdrawals or a complaint does not get passed from desk to desk.

What support can help with

  • Setting up your account, switching on two-factor sign-in and connecting an exchange
  • Understanding a strategy, an alert or a line in your monthly statement
  • Deposits and withdrawals: where a payment is, what a delay means and which documents are needed
  • Verification, address changes and updating the personal details held on your account
  • Reporting something suspicious, such as a message you think was not sent by us
  • Raising a complaint through our complaints procedure

Support staff cannot give personal investment advice or tell you whether to buy or sell a particular asset.

Before you get in touch

Check the guides first

The FAQ and the getting started guide answer most first-week questions in a minute or two.

Never send passwords

No member of staff will ask for your password, authenticator code or full API secret, by email, text or phone. If someone does, end the call and tell us.

Have the details ready

The email address on your account, roughly when the issue began and, for payments, the amount and method help us reach an answer in one reply.
